Who we are
This site is operated by Aveyo. If you book a call, Aveyo will contact you about solar and battery storage for your home.
What we collect
- Your name and home address.
- Your phone number and email address, if you give them to us.
- Whether you own or rent, your electric utility, and your approximate monthly electric bill.
- A photo or PDF of your utility bill, if you choose to upload one.
- Basic technical information such as your IP address, your browser, and which pages you viewed.
Why we collect it
To estimate what solar and battery storage would do for your home, to schedule and prepare for your call, and to contact you about that appointment.
How to stop hearing from us
If you ask us not to contact you, we will stop. Reply STOP to any text message, tell us on a call, or email sawyer.kieffer@aveyo.com. You do not need to give a reason. We keep a record of your request so we do not contact you again by mistake.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We use service providers to run this site and our business — Cloudflare (hosting and data storage), Google (address lookup and scheduling), Meta (advertising), and Twilio (text messaging). They handle your information only to provide those services to us.
Advertising
We use the Meta pixel on this site, which tells Meta that you visited and which steps you completed, so we can understand which ads work. You can control ad tracking in your Meta account settings and in your browser or device settings.
How long we keep it
As long as we need it to serve you and to keep records of consent and communications. If you would like your information deleted, email us and we will delete what we are not required to keep.
